Ashley has over 20 year’s sales, marketing and operations experience. His previous professional senior management roles include Managing Director, General Manager and General Manager Sales & Marketing. He has a proven ability to generate revenue and gain market share in competitive markets environments. Ashley holds a Master of Business Administration and has an elite sporting background which has seen him successfully lead and manage large teams.

Geoff Southby
Business Solutions Director

Having had careers in secondary teaching (7 years), semi-professional Australian Football with VFL / AFL club, Carlton (14 years) and now more than 25 years in professional and executive level business recruitment, I have a passion for striving for excellence, particularly in a team environment.

Toni Flynn
General Manager Human Resources

Toni serves as a key player on our executive team, working collaboratively to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies; training & development, compensation and employee benefit programs, HR & OH&S policies and procedures, and healthy employee/employer relations. She has a Graduate Diploma in Business majoring in Psychology and Organisational Behaviour and a Diploma of Education.

John Rutledge
Chief Financial Officer

John is an accountant with significant senior executive and non-executive experience across a number of industries including IT, forestry, packaging and energy. John has been the Chief Financial Officer of Sapphire Holdings Group since 2011 and currently oversees the finance and corporate matters at Emprevo.

GM Information Technology & Communications

Josh is General Manager of Information Technology and Communications. He has over 25 years of Corporate experience in Aged Care and professional services. His experience and skill set is significant, including improving service delivery through embracing efficient use of technology and communications.
